• Step 3: Receive sealed sample box at your doorstep.
• Step 4: Fill the test material in the box & seal it.
• Step 5: Mark "Ready for Pickup" in the app.
• Step 6: ECOS arranges pickup (Rapido Parcel or preferred courier).
• Step 7: Lab testing completed by COS GeoTech Services.
• Step 8: Test report delivered via App + Email

No. The entire process is door-to-door and fully online, including shipping, testing, payment, and report delivery.

Concrete Cube Testing: 7–28 Days (based on curing & test type)

Reports are delivered securely through the ECOS Test App and also emailed to your registered email ID.

Yes. Invoices are available instantly under My Orders → Download Invoice and are also emailed after payment.

ECOS Test follows strict data privacy and encryption standards. Your personal data, payment details, and reports remain confidential.

You may request a replacement box through the app. Replacement is free if damage occurred during delivery.

Cancellation or modification is allowed before box dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation charges may apply.
